Job Description:
Administrative Assistant – New York City Status Full-time employee Hours 8:30-5:30 M-F Location Midtown New York City Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administrative • Support Office Manager and Principals in daily operations of office. • Expense reports as requested • Answer phones, screen calls and take messages. • Sort and distribute interoffice mail. • Place supply orders including everyday office supplies, printer cartridges, binding and lamination material, postage refill, business cards, CresaPartners collateral, etc. • Make sure everything in office is running smoothly and is well maintained • Conference Room organization and cleanliness management • Set up for various on-site events such as monthly I-Breakfast • Other general administrative responsibilities as required. • Support Marketing Coordinator. • Create tour books using Corel Draw and PowerPoint. • Assist with compiling market materials. • Support Brokers and Sales staff • Coordinate and execute all broker mailing (holiday cards, flyers, newsletters). • Weekly update Broker Activity Schedules. • Research / Analysis / Database • Assist with compiling market research data. • Run and create market surveys for various prospects/clients. • Follow strict Client tracking processes using WITM database. Job Responsibilities • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies is a MUST • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a proactive and positive attitude • Excellent communication, interpersonal and trouble shooting skills • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to pay close attention to detail Computer Proficiency Required: • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Graphics (CorelDraw, PageMaker and/or Adobe Illustrator) Years of Experience: • Minimum of 4 years of related experience Educational Background: • Bachelor degree preferred Compensation: • $40-50K plus benefits, commensurate with experience References: • Required
