Great opportunity to spend 6 months in the lab of a global consumer products company!
Your responsibilities will include:
Sample analysis daily and in process quality checks
Troubleshooting production problems in water quality, distilling, bottling and warehousing
Chemical analyses on distilled spirits
Bacteriological analysis on liquors, juice additives, water and sugar
Gas chromatographic analysis on flavor components to detect deviations from standards
Maintain all wastewater analysis records to conform to state and local regulations
Conduct sensory analysis on ingredient flavors, blending components and finished flavors
Job Description:
