Job Description:
POSITIONS WE ARE ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR
· HEDGE FUND Associate -- 3rd year
·M&A/Transactional Associate -- 3rd year
·M&A/Transactional Associate -- 5th year
·BANKRUPTCY Associate (or Partner), 7+ year senior; (creditor side) with business (there is no "minimum" on the business; will be reviewed on a candidate-by-candidate basis)
· COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR (Senior Associate or Partner with portable business) with exposure to financial instruments, including credit default swaps and collateralized debt.
